Hello all, I cant believe it’s come to this.
I have lost it, all my money self control my head just everything so of you may laugh but I’m genuinely asking for help I’m a 20 year old kid that has lost their mind and I have no where else to go. Please any means of assistance in help quit playing or even die down. I have blown my pay check, blowen then loan I got for food. I have just gone to far. I don’t expect sympathy but help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.
The first step is to admit you have a problem. Then sign up to gamblers anonymous and put a ban on yourself at local clubs. If you are in Australia call up the helpline on 1300 851 695.
The best way to get out of this behaviour is to fill the time in with other activities. E.g. sports, a hobby, join a group, something that will take your mind away from gambling.
